National Sales Manager

Lead our national sales team

Develop & implement an effective sales strategy

Build & promote healthy customer relationships

Define & measure both team & individual KPIs

Develop the team both as a group and individually

Put an effective coaching and training plan in place

Identify and recruit suitable team members as required

Degree in Agriculture or similar

Proven track record in sales performance
3+ years experience in sales managerial position

Ability to create and implement a viable sales strategy

Strong leadership and communications skills

Effective presentation skills
